On a fantastic sunny Brighton Saturday, 30th May 2009, we were excited to be filming Jenna Alsop and Simon Price (of Stay Beautiful Club fame) lovely wedding in the Brighton Royal Pavilion Red Drawing Room. The bridal party's arrival in the same model white Rolls Royce as Jenna's musical love, Marc Bolan, set the tone of the occasion. Simon and his best man, Tony Maggs, cut the most stylish dash in their Gresham Blake black chalk stripe three piece suits. Jenna stunned all, including Simon, looking fabulous with her corpse bride theme, wearing a truly unique wedding dress. Jenna's choice of red dresses for her two bridesmaid's and her flower girl was in complete harmony with the original regency wallpaper in the Red Room. After the photographs in the Royal Pavilion Music Room and on the front lawn of the Royal Pavilion, we moved a short walk to the party room at the Al Duomo Italian Restaurant where fine food was enjoyed prior to the really sweet and moving speeches. After the 100 plus evening quests arrived, the party really began, led by Jenna & Simon's first dance, a re-enactment of the dance scene from Pulp Fiction, although I think Jenna's version outshone Uma's. In all a truly memorable day for one of the nicest couples we have had the pleasure of filming.
